Conducting Call audits in English, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil Malayalam and giving feedbacks to the Inbound Agents. Participating in certification programs refreshers. Participating in client presentations demonstrating Quality audit Scores. Responsible for Quality scores, Audit feedback.
Required Candidate profile
Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Quality Training in Call center in Inbound process. Must be able to handle Call audits thorough knowledge of all quality audit parameters must. Multilingual (any one language) Must.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
