Job Description
Direct Responsibilities
• Application development / support / enhancements / bug fixing.
• Design and develop high complexity integration platform solutions on Tibco BW.
• Should have good hands on and knowledge on Tibco BW 5.x, EMS and Administration.
• Admin deployment and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge on Tibco rendezvous.
• Design and develop SQL queries for the interfacing solutions required
• Should be able to work on the basic UNIX shell scripting commands.
• Independent analysis of possible reusability of developments in discussion with team lead.
• Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, and Performance & Functional Testing.
• Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development lifecycle and day-to-day development work.
• Deployment of system components - Application, Shell Scripts and Databases.
• Acquire skills in relevant technologies and take up higher responsibilities
• To work with teams to help solve complex technical problems
• Work towards initiatives to improve processes and delivery efficiency.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Mandatory Skills:
• Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Tibco ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.X (Tibco BW 5.X)
• Intermediate level of Database (SQL) skills
• Basic to Intermediate level knowledge of Middleware Messaging application (e.g. Tibco EMS)
• Basic level knowledge in Tibco Administration activities (e.g. deployment and support for EAI applications, etc.).
• Good Understanding on CI/CD Pipeline
• Strong knowledge of version control tools, preferably Bit bucket
• Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix environment (basic commands, shell scripting, etc.)
• Ability & willingness to learn & work on diverse technologies (languages, frameworks, and tools)
• Thorough understanding of complete Software Development Lifecycle
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and inclination to constantly upgrade on new technologies and frameworks.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have Skills:
• Basic Understanding of OOPS concept
• Exposure to financial domain.
• Familiar with Deal booking system like Kondor+
