Requirements

Previous therapy or hard-to-fill recruiting experience required

Strong sourcing skills and ability to strategic thinker

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with recruitment metrics

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

Quick learner who adapts easily to change

Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Coachable and receptive to constructive feedback
