This is a full-time Tele Sales Role at iTech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads and New Client Acquisition.
Roles Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Telesales professional with 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an e-commerce environment. The successful candidate will generate sales leads, reach out to potential customers via telephone, and close sales deals. The Telesales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate sales leads.
Identify customer needs and provide information about Alibaba’s subscription to address inquiries and concerns.
Present persuasive sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Utilize sales techniques to close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Proven track record of success in tele sales, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce company.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Goal-oriented mind-set with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
