Digismart Education Service Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a **Telecaller cum Counsellor** for our Shalimar Bagh office. The role involves calling prospective students, counselling them about our courses, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students.
- Explain course details and address student queries.
- Counsel students on course selection based on their interests and career goals.
- Maintain student records and follow up regularly.
• *Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for student interaction.
- Prior experience in counselling or telecalling is an advantage but not mandatory.

Someone who enjoys helping students, has strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about guiding students toward their educational goals.
