Telesales Executive

· HNI Client on call handle inbound/outbound

· Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.

· Contacting existing clients as well as prospective clients using scripts.

· Obtaining clients information and other relevant data.

· Interrogation to the clients and understanding their specifications.

· Resolving queries and issues related to the services.

· Making records of the leads.

· Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
