Position: Telecaller – Event Sales Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller – Event Sales to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and promote our event management services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses. Promote event packages and services over phone calls. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Follow up with existing and potential clients to close sales. Maintain customer records and update CRM or lead management systems. Explain pricing, event offerings, and promotional campaigns. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets. Coordinate with the event and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset. G
