Job Title: Telecaller – Collection & Recovery (Domestic Calling)
Department: Collection & Recovery

3rd Floor, Sukhwani Fortune Building, Near Gharonda Hotel, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra – 411018
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Make domestic outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.
- Follow up with customers and assist them in clearing overdue payments.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication during calls.
- Update customer interaction details and payment status in the system.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to collections and recovery.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: SSC / HSC / Graduation
- Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle domestic calls professionally.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
Languages Required
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Basic English
Salary
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
