Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Calling prospective clients
• Explaining Star Health insurance policies and benefits in detail
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection
• Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience & Graduate / Undergraduate both are eligible
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Experience in field sales/client-facing roles are only eligible (Minimum 6 months of on paper experience is required)
• Ability to handle objections and close deals independently
• Presentable and confident in customer interactions
