Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, target-driven Tele Sales Executive to connect with prospective Indian buyers and investors interested in Dubai real estate. You will be the first voice of Divine LiWING — qualifying leads, building trust, and setting up meetings for our Dubai sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through Google Ads, social media, and channel partners
Qualify prospects: budget, purpose (investment/end-use), timeline, and preferred property type
Explain Dubai property investment perks (rental yields, Golden Visa, tax-free returns) clearly and accurately
Schedule video consultations or site-visit appointments with the Dubai sales team
Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up status in the lead tracker/CRM
Follow structured follow-up cycles and calling windows for Indian time zones
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments
Handle basic objections and escalate reliable buyers to senior sales agents
Requirements
2–3 years of tele sales/tele calling experience (real estate, banking, insurance, or high-ticket sales preferred)
Fluent spoken Hindi, English, and Gujarati — comfortable switching between any two on calls
Robust communication, persuasion, and listening skills
