Product Sales Associate ( SAAS | Martech )
Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Product Sales Associate with 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS and MarTech sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing enterprise sales cycles, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales of SaaS and MarTech solutions through outbound sales and business development.
• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and demos for prospective clients.
• Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Marketing Managers, and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills
• 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or Technology Sales.
• Strong experience in outbound sales and enterprise/client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Marketing Automation, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.
• Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales.
• Ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.
