Telesales Executive – OOH Sales
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Outbound Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising solutions through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will identify prospective clients, qualify leads, introduce advertising solutions, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with business decision-makers, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a sales-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from the provided database.
• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable OOH advertising solutions.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advertising solutions.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, or OOH sales will be an added advantage.
