Strong technical acumen across a broad range of disciplines, including but not limited to artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital transformation, cyber, software development, and systems integration, with the ability to independently research new technologies and formulate unique and compelling approaches for addressing client requirements
Ability to quickly gain understanding of Noblis capabilities to include NSR projects and existing or recent contracts
Ability to work collaboratively with Business Development Directors and Account Leads to prioritize and deliver technical assistance on projects/proposals
Ability to develop catalog of technical capabilities being delivered across accounts to be used for gap assessment, investment recommendations, past performance, and marketing
Ability to work on-site in Reston, VA

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws
The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status
For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked
While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package

Responsibilities

This individual proactively engages with technical capability developers and senior account leads to understand client needs/requirements and identifies Noblis capabilities that exist or need to be developed to successfully win/deliver new work
Typical responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives, analyzing existing systems and infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement, and designing and documenting solution architectures and technical specifications
Solutions architecture roles also involve evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support solution development, and leading cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and analysts to implement and deploy solutions
Additionally, professionals may be involved in conducting proof-of-concept projects, prototyping new technologies, and providing guidance and support to stakeholders on solution architecture best practices and standards

The candidate is comfortable working across teams within the Mission Area and across Noblis, with in-person and virtual engagements. This individual proactively engages with technical capability developers and senior account leads to understand client needs/requirements and identifies Noblis capabilities that exist or need to be developed to successfully win/deliver new work. Required Qualifications
