Role ResponsibilitiesYour key tasks and responsibilities will be:Design and develop complex Workday HCM solutionsWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needsProvide support and guidance to Workday usersValidate and challenge solutions that functional or technical teams are presenting that may not align to project guidelines, guiding principlesGuide business users to review and leverage changes in Workday releasesCoordinate the planning and execution of new Workday releases and enhancementsDrive towards Workday best practices for system architecture, design, and build across HCM ecosystem and integrated enterprise business systems to maximum the value of WorkdayAssess current systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of Workday HCMCollaborate closely with other architects and peers across the organization to leverage knowledge, other solutions, and best practiceMentor and guide more junior colleagues for solutioning and testing Coordinate and collaborate with Workday security, reporting and technical teamSkills RequiredWorkday configuration experience with a general understanding of all Workday HCM ModulesUnderstand the full Workday HCM landscape and their interactions with other systemsUnderstanding of Workday Heat maps and processesExperience with Workday Community, case managementExperience with service delivery, evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutionsExperience with developing process flow and system design documentsStrong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of employees and managementAbility to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business userExcellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
