• Project Understanding and Design Development: The Architect should be able to comprehend the project requirements, develop design options, and understand the Design Criteria Report (DCR) as applicable.
• Design Formulation and Presentation: The Architect should be able to formulate the design and present it for review and discussion with stakeholders.
• Drawing Preparation and Coordination: The Architect should prepare and develop required drawings to convey the design intent and coordinate with consultants as necessary to arrive at an integrated design.
• Working Drawings and Project Completion: The Architect should prepare working drawings of the project.
