High-Performance Backend Systems

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Development Manager to design and develop high-performance backend systems for mobile banking applications.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and Develop High-Performance Backend Systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams in Agile environments.
• Maintain Strong Technical Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Requirements
• Education : BE/B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience : At least 38 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Skills : Strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices design patterns, in-depth understanding of RESTful API design and API Gateway integration.
