RP International - part of the Auxo Talent Group - is hiring a high-calibre 270 Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester office, working alongside a million-pound biller to deliver into and expand key branded accounts.

You'll be central to growing existing relationships, delivering top-tier perm tech talent, and building long-term client value across both contingent and retained search work across the IT, Telecoms, and Infrastructure space.

What We're Looking For:

You're a delivery expert in the perm tech space who knows how to take an account and grow it. You understand what it means to land and expand, and you thrive in a role where delivery meets strategic relationship building.

You must have:

A strong track record in permanent recruitment within Tech, Telecoms, or Infrastructure
Proven success in account growth - expanding revenue and reach within existing client bases
Experience delivering into contingent and retained mandates
Commercial credibility and the ability to build deep client trust quickly
Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
A solutions-led mindset with exceptional communication skills
