Team Leader

· Overall Sales & Product wise sales to be delivered for DSR’s & overall Geography under him

· Driving 100% usage of Sales app amongst DSR’s

· On the ground training & handholding of DSR’s

· Conducting Shop meets at Key counters

o Training DSR’s for conducting shop meets at other counters

· Distributor Management: Responsible for addressing day to day issues of distributors, tracking distributor’s payments.

· Carpenter /Contractor enrolment in Brahmastra / Masterstrokes to be driven through the DSR’s, as per defined targets

o Working closely and building relationship with top carpenters Building relationships with top 25 Retailers (sub-dealers) in his geography

CTC to be communicated – 27120 in hand per month, + Maximum incentive 10000 + Petrol 120 Rs daily in local market, if travelling Upcountry 500 per day and overnight tour 1800
