Position: Site Head- Sales
Reporting to: Functional Head
Location: Govandi, Site office
Job Description
Proven track record with medium to large residential real estate developers
Handled multiple projects and multiple teams
Plan, conceptualize and implement Sales strategies
Experience across different sales channels viz. Direct Sales, Channel Partners, Corporate, Loyalty, and Referrals – a generalist in sales
Awareness of government policies processes & transaction procedures
Excellent familiarity with RERA regulations and norms
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends.
Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition.
Experience in sourcing as well as closing
Innovative approach towards lead generation
Developing pre-launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations with clients.
Should be able to work closely with cross functional teams and vendors across Engineering,
Liaoning, Legal, Marketing, Customer Experience etc.
Work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and provide required support and developing sales strategies

Extrovert personality and passionate about the field
Core experience in residential real estate sales
Strong Leadership & Man Management Skills
Good Presentation & Negotiation Skills
Ready to travel to various offices as required
Strong strategic thinker
Strong knowledge of Real Industry market in Mumbai
Annual Salary Package Range: Rs. 1400,000-1600,000
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
