As part of the MSc/Level 7 Apprenticeship in Systems Thinking and Leadership Practitioner programme team, you will be supporting students to embed their learning in the workplace through work-based applications as part of the established taught MSc and apprenticeship programme managed by the Programme Director.

You will evidence a track record of experience and research relevant to systems thinking, in diverse domains such as organizational management, leadership, healthcare, food systems or climate change.

You will contribute to the development of the apprenticeship, including a range of education-and employer engagement related activities and the integration of the apprenticeship with the wider MSc programme. In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate academic citizenship, developing, and maintaining mutually respectful and supportive working relationships with all staff and students, and ensuring the way you carry out your role impacts positively on how others carry out theirs.
