Teacher Trainer Nursery

We are looking to hire a Teacher Trainer - Nursery. This opportunity is for a top preschool brand with multiple preschools running across PAN India.

This role requires travel across AP and Telangana
• *Job Location**: Hyderabad
• *Job description**:

- Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners
- Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training
- Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and compliance
- Training preschool Centres for India and International Markets
- Assisting in hiring franchise staff.
- To ensure academic excellence
- Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level.
- Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions
- Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and provide feedback for class observation.
- Collaborating in the planning, designing and implementation of teaching modules
- Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum
- Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions
• *Experience and Qualification**: Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
