Our team develops high-quality curriculum content, conducts training, and supports schools across the country.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced educator who can do more than teach. This role involves designing content, developing curriculum resources, and conducting teacher training programs. You’ll work closely with our instructional design team and play a key role in building KCITE’s core offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Design classroom-ready lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials
Align content with national/international frameworks (NEP, NCF, Cambridge, IB, CBSE)
Deliver teacher training sessions (online/offline) on pedagogy, SEL, assessment, etc.
Review and revise educational content based on feedback from school partners
Collaborate with subject experts and design team to build holistic curriculum units
Support in piloting new programs and collecting on-ground insights from schools
Document training impact and contribute to program reports
Must-Have Skills Experience:
3–5 years of experience in teaching (K–12)
Strong background in curriculum and content development
Prior experience in conducting teacher training or professional development workshops
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong command over English (written and spoken)
Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.)
Good to Have:
Experience in Cambridge/IB curriculum
Exposure to instructional design frameworks
Passion for teacher education and education reform
Multilingual proficiency (Telugu/Hindi) is a plus
