Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers for Year 2 and Year 3 to join our clients educational team. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teaching Excellence: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, trusting relationships with the children, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their learning journey.
• Consistency: Provide stability and reliability, becoming a consistent figure in the students' education.
• Passion for Education: Demonstrate enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to teaching and supporting pupils’ development.
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Support Provided:
• You will receive allocated PPA time to plan and prepare effectively, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality lessons.
