Tax Specialist- Transaction Liability

Job Dimensions (role and responsibilities):•Advise on restructuring which may involve Merger, Demerger, Capital Reduction, business / asset transfer etc.•Advise in pre and post-merger integration of tax positions.•Performing research and analysis of transaction tax related laws (such as domestic and international tax, corporate laws, FEMA, DTAA etc.) on inbound and outbound deals•Brief knowledge of handling transaction tax and regulatory filings and compliances such as deposit of withholding taxes etc.•Assisting in Preparing training presentation on recent tax and regulatory developments.•Advise on possible options available for clients from tax insurance perspective.•Analyse varied bye-laws and regulations for instance, Indian and foreign tax laws, exchange control regulations, corporate law etc •Based out of Mumbai•Be actively involved in deals from an end-to-end transaction support perspective. Skills, Education and Attitude •Effective communication and presentation skills.•Team player.
