About the Role:

Assist in processing both digital and paper tax returns, varying in complexity, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Operate in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail under pressure.
Collaborate closely with tax professionals, administrative staff, and partners to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Utilize tax software (familiarity with CCH is a plus but not required) and Microsoft Office tools to manage and track return processing.
Communicate effectively—both verbally and nonverbally—with team members to resolve issues and clarify instructions.
Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented mindset while working independently when needed.
Receive comprehensive training from supervisors, administrative staff, and partners to ensure success in the role.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information throughout the processing cycle.
About You:

High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative, processing, or office support role.
Works well in a collaborative team setting and supports the tax return process from start to finish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Open to learning new systems; familiarity with tax software such as CCH is a plus but not required.
Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and nonverbally.
Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to grow in a supportive environment.
Why Join Us:
