Job Summary
The Preschool Administrator oversees the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment for children, staff, and parents. This role includes managing admissions, coordinating staff, handling finances, and ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. School Operations  Administration
Manage daily preschool activities and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain student records, attendance, and paperwork.
Ensure the preschool meets all safety and educational regulations.
2. Admissions  Parent Communication
Handle inquiries, admissions, and enrollment processes.
Maintain strong communication with parents and address concerns.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and events.
3. Staff  Facility Management
Support the hiring, training, and scheduling of teachers and staff.
Ensure classrooms are well-equipped and the facility is maintained.
Conduct staff meetings and professional development sessions.
4. Financial  Fee Management
Oversee tuition fee collection and school expenses.
Purchase school supplies and manage the budget efficiently.
5. Health  Safety Compliance
Ensure proper safety procedures and emergency protocols are in place.
Monitor hygiene, meals, and overall well-being of children.
Qualifications  Skills:
Experience in school administration or management preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
