Additionally, you'll have the chance to engage with various departments—including Product, IT, DevOps, Sales, Marketing Customer Success as tailored to your interests!

No prior experience is needed; we provide all the training necessary to set you up for success. All you need is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn. What You’ll Be Doing:

Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver top-notch service by building positive relationships with every customer and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries via phone and email, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and clarity.
Achieve Customer Experience Goals: Respond quickly and accurately, providing clear solutions that make customers feel valued and supported.
Innovate for Improvement: Spot opportunities to enhance our customer service processes and share your insights to elevate the overall experience.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside Product and Sales teams to tackle customer needs and escalate issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Degree Preferred, Not Required: We value a growth mindset and a positive attitude over formal qualifications.
Customer-Centric: A passion for helping customers and solving problems is essential.
Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships are key.
Proactive Mindset: Bring a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Resilient and Adaptable: We appreciate those who are open to feedback and can navigate challenges with ease.
Location and Work Rights: Must have full rights to work in Australia and be based in Sydney.
