Responsibilities
Sourcing Candidates:
· Use various methods like job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find potential candidates.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening Interviewing:
· Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screens or interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
· Work closely with department heads or hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and job requirements.
· Provide advice and guidance on recruitment strategies and the ideal candidate profile.
Managing Job Postings:
· Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
· Ensure job postings are attractive and accurately reflect the role.
Conducting Interviews:
· Organize and participate in interviews, sometimes alongside other team members.
· Coordinate schedules and provide feedback to candidates after interviews.
Maintaining Relationships:
· Foster long-term relationships with candidates and potential future employees.
· Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
Onboarding New Employees:
· Support the onboarding process by assisting new hires with paperwork and introducing them to the company’s culture and processes.
Market Research:
· Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to remain competitive in talent acquisition strategies.
Key Skills:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to assess talent and understand technical and soft skills.
· Knowledge of recruitment tools and software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
· Organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates.
· Negotiation skills for salary discussions.

Qualifications
