Key Responsibilites

Bookkeeping Data Management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date.

Financial Reporting
Generate detailed reports to provide clients with clear insights into their finances.

Budget Oversight
Create and manage tour budgets, ensuring smooth financial execution.

Accounts Payable/Receivable
Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Payroll Administration
Manage payroll for clients and their teams with precision and care.

Insurance Coordination
Facilitate and oversee insurance coverage to meet client needs.

Income Royalty Tracking
Monitor and track income streams, including royalty payments.

Tax Preparation
Gather and organize tax-related information for timely and accurate filing.

What we’re looking for

Accounting Education
Accounting degree or 4+ years of accounting experience, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and managing AP/AR with precision.

Music Industry Knowledge
Experience and interest working with artists or within the music industry.

Detail-Oriented Approach
Acute attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy in financial tracking, tax preparation, and royalty payments.

Tech-Savvy Mindset
Comfort with learning and adapting to new software and systems with ease.

Adaptable Flexible

Salary

Base Salary
$55k - $75k
