BVC Talent places candidates into tier 1 VC funds, family offices, and portfolio companies across India, SEA, and the UAE.
We're now looking for someone to own recruitment delivery end-to-end — sourcing, screening, closing — for mandates ranging from Analyst to VP/CXO level.
Why this role is different:
→ You're not recruiting for "any" company — you're recruiting FOR tier 1 VC funds and family offices
→ Direct access to founders, partners, and CXOs across India/SEA/US/UAE
→ Real ownership from day one — you run your mandates, not just source for them
→ Front-row seat to the Indian VC ecosystem as it scales
What you'll do:
✅ Own full-cycle hiring for active fund/portfolio mandates
✅ Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and BVC's community
✅ Build and manage relationships with hiring partners & founders
✅ Track pipeline health and drive time-to-fill down
Who we're looking for:
2–5 years in recruitment/TA (search firm, in-house, or startup)
Bonus: exposure to VC/PE/startup hiring
High ownership. Fast execution. No hand-holding needed.
Comp: Fixed + placement-linked incentives
Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
