Position:

HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment and hiring
Posting job openings on recruitment portals and social media
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Handling employee onboarding and joining formalities
Managing attendance and basic HR administration
Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
