We're Hiring: HR Intern (Recruitment) | Bizfoc Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Hauz Khas, Delhi (Work from Office)
Role: HR Intern – Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

What You'll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in internship drives and bulk hiring campaigns.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Who We're Looking For
Pursuing or completed Graduation/Post-Graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
Eager to learn, organized, and able to multitask.
