In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing the recruitment and selection process for our clients
• Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 7 years of experience in HR
• An MBA in HR or a related field
• Experience with mass hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work effectively in a team environment
