possession of a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate;
university training, or its equivalent, relevant to the posted position; and,

The successful candidate must:

possess relevant university training, or its equivalent related to the position;
possess relevant, successful teaching experience in Home Economics and Physical Education at the secondary level;
possess Food Safe Certificate;
be familiar with the BC Student Performance Standards; and,
have a solid understanding and knowledge of the new Ministry curriculum and competencies


Assignment involves teaching Foods 10/11/12 and Physical Education 10 full-year including Basketball and Volleyball.



PLEASE NOTE: WHEN APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION, TRANSCRIPTS FOR ALL RELATED COURSEWORK WILL BE REQUIRED.

Salary range: $60,015 per year to $10+,520 per year, based on category as assigned by the Teachers Qualification Service (TQS) and previous teaching experience.
