Swimming Teacher

Inititally we're looking for a cover teacher for Mondays and Wednesday evenings in Huddersfield. This role can be permanent for the right candidate.

We use swim methodology not just from the UK, but also Australia and the USA.

We use the STA swim level badges certificates.

Location

Huddersfield (HD3).

20 x 10 metre Pool maintained at 29 Celsius.

What we can offer you (permanent employees)

Payment is £18 - £20 hour depending on experience.

A contract! Not zero hours or freelance, unless cover work.

Holiday pay.

Statutory sick pay (if eligible).

Pay for setup/setdown of equipment (if required).

Statutory temporary lay-off pay in case of pool closures (tcs apply).

Shifts available:

Cover work:

Monday Wednesday evenings. 1.75 hours each evening. Teaching lessons 6pm - 7:30pm + setup and setdown equipment either side. (HD3).
Permanent shifts available for the right candidate starting Septemeber 2025.

What we would like from you

ASA or STA Level 2 qualification.

Minimum 2 years experience and 5 years desirable.

Must be local or within a reasonable driving distance to commute. Read more
