Be a good communicator and have knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
Take pride in your work, are always on time, organised and totally reliable.
Hold at least STA Level 2 Award in Swim Teaching qualification.

Friday 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday 8:30am - 11:00am

Sunday 8:30am - 10:30am

Sunday 8:00am - 10:30am

Pay = £14.56(L1), £17.37(L2) p/h


Swim England Level 1 Qualified Candidates:


Please note that we no longer accept Swim England Level 1 qualifications. If you hold this qualification, we are happy to consider your application, but we will request that you attend an STA Level 2 Award course prior to starting your role with us. We will also ask you to attend a poolside assessment as part of the interview process.


You can either make arrangements to attend a course yourself, or we can arrange for you to attend one of our in-house courses.


If you are offered a contracted role and choose to qualify with us, we will fund 100% of the STA Level 2 Award course subject to you signing a training agreement. If you are offered a casual role and choose to qualify with us, we will fund 50% of the course subject to you signing a training agreement. Read more
