Prepare and cook sushi dishes.
Develop and implement sushi menu items with Chef
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on menu development.
Stay updated with the latest sushi culinary trends and techniques.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sushi kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organized sushi kitchen environment.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
