Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional IT professional with a deep understanding of managed services and mid-tier client needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing remote service desk support to various environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote service desk support for environments ranging from 10-500 users.
Escalate and resolve complex technical issues as a subject matter expert.
Support servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
Deliver support for Azure Intra, Hyper-V, Citrix cloud infrastructure, and other technologies.
Collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall.
Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
