Supporting Educational Services
As an education support class position, this role will perform tasks that support the educational services being provided to students. This includes routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities, such as general telephone, front office enquiries, mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, supporting organisation of meetings, receiving and initial processing of standard paperwork.
Coordination and Communication
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of administrative services within the school, determining and managing work priorities within the school office, developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective administration procedures, and managing client reception and office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services to our students, teachers, and staff. Certification and/or qualifications of up to three years can be required at this level, including roles where further training must be undertaken from time to time.
