Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of support and advocacy services for individuals with diverse needs

Coordinate specialist services, cultural and religious events, and provide practical advice to case managers on diversity-related issues

Deliver specialist training to the prison workforce to promote an inclusive and respectful environment

Collaborate with the Offender Services team to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked with diverse populations, coordinated support services, and understands the unique needs of multicultural, multi-faith, and LGBTIQ+ communities. Relevant training, certification, and/or qualification is desirable.
