Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Supervise day-to-day work activities of the team.
Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
Ensure production/work targets are achieved on time.
Maintain attendance and monitor manpower utilization.
Ensure quality standards are followed.
Maintain workplace discipline and safety.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Prepare daily work and production reports.
Identify and resolve operational issues.
Train and guide new employees.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
