Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support overall office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally, invoicing, inventory management, and routine accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records in Tally
Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Maintain inventory records and track stock movement
Prepare GST data, reports, and assist in filings
Manage billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Support general office administration work as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally ERP
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience in invoicing and inventory management
Familiarity with GST and compliance requirements
Good command of MS Excel and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Prior experience in manufacturing / FMCG / food processing sector (optional but beneficial)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
