Sulzer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SULZER Technicianto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the erection and maintenance of SULZER TW11 and PU looms, with a focus on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and maintain SULZER TW11 and PU looms
• Install and perform preventative maintenance on looms
• Work closely with the Head of Plant Maintenance to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Candidates with experience in loom installation and preventative maintenance will be preferred.
• The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Plant Maintenance.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge to control troubleshootingofTW11 and PU looms.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar field.
• Practical training from SULZER - India preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:
• Must be willing to live on-site in provided residential quarters.
• Candidate shall be provided with residential quarter within the Mill premises.
• Must be available to work according to mill timings.
• Must be able to provide references from previous employers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
