What you will accomplish with us
As a Student – Billing Analyst, Investment Operations, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Validate invoices from managers and financial service providers;
Process invoice payments;
Analyze discrepancies and communicate with internal and external partners when necessary;
Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods and in various projects;
Contribute to different operational tasks related to investments.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or in a related field;
Is available a minimum of 20 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and full-time during the summer;
Has a minimum of one year of experience in accounting or in a related field;
Is recognized for their rigor and attention to detail in processing financial data;
Stands out for their analytical abilities and technical skills;
Demonstrates a high level of autonomy while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
Is recognized for their ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a constantly evolving environment;
Has a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
Has an intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will interact daily with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners, both verbally and in writing;
Is pursuing a CPA designation or enrolled in the CPA program (an asset).
