What You’ll Do:

Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment
What You Bring to the Table:

4+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
Bonus: Education in business, sales, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Regularly opening and closing the store
Staff Management, scheduling, recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
Helping with customer queries and concerns
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies including Federal and Provincial, employment standards, health and safety and AGCO
Sales and Money Management
Maximizing profitability and meeting sales targets with and through the team
Coach and direct team members to carry out their daily duties
