Key Responsibilities
• Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor for and manage any side effects or adverse reactions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, care plans, and progress notes.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing appropriate care and interventions as necessary.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Tamilnadu].

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
