Job description
Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing website layouts and user interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
• Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into creative and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure the usability, accessibility, and performance of websites across various devices and browsers.
• Optimize graphics, images, and other content for web delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate designs and improve user experience.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
