Sr. Manager - Brand, Digital & Events
Job Description
v Grade: M2
v Manager: Mr. Param Bindra
v Overview
AAML is a diversified manufacturer of high-performance and technical materials, spanning high-performance fabrics and garments, advanced composites, and industrial products, with a growing presence across India and export markets (US, EU and South-East Asia). We are building a modern marketing function to move from a legacy, sales-push model to a brand- and demand-led approach.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, the Marketing Lead will build this function largely from the ground up -crafting the digital marketing strategy, creating best-in-class content and collateral, and leading the organisation of events and exhibitions across all three business segments. This is a hands-on build-and-lead role for someone who can set strategy and execute it, and grow a small team and agency network over time.
v Responsibilities
• Craft and own AAML's digital marketing strategy -website, SEO, LinkedIn and other channels, paid campaigns and marketing automation -to build inbound awareness and pipeline across segments and geographies.
• Build content and collateral end to end: brand and product messaging, pitch decks, sample books, case studies, product and application videos, and social content.
• Lead the planning and execution of events and exhibitions (India and international) -calendar, booth design and build, pre-produced display stock, giveaways, lead capture and post-show follow-up.
• Develop and evolve brand identity and positioning across the group's business lines, including rebranding initiatives, in partnership with the CSMO and external agencies.
• Set up marketing measurement and reporting -analytics, attribution, CRM lead-source and a dashboard -to track channel effectiveness and guide spend decisions.
• Enable the sales teams with sales-ready assets and disciplined lead hand-off; partner with sales on periodic pipeline reviews.
• Select and manage external agencies and partners (content, design, digital, PR, video) and manage the marketing budget with a start-small, measure, scale-up approach.
• Build PR and thought-leadership presence through trade media, publications and leadership visibility in India and key export markets.
• Recruit and develop a small marketing team as the function scales.
