Ensuring that the fleet is staffed with competent personnel.

 Evaluation of Crew managers and negotiation of contracts to need Company's requirement.

 Monitoring of Crew manager's performance.

 Initiate employment, promotion & dismissal of Seafarers in accordance with Company's System.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹26,623.12 - ₹33,3+3.17 per month

• Morning shift
