Job Overview: Generate new leads for the company by identifying potential clients, promoting the company's services, and creating a strong pipeline of prospects. This role requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Onfield Lead Generation Specialist must possess strong interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of success in generating leads and meeting sales targets.
● Introduce and be the face of Smartstaff to industrial workforce (or factory workers) who primarily hail from remote parts of the country
● Sourcing of industrial workforce (or factory workers) from remote parts of the country by building networks at a village/panchayat/mandal level and nurture relationships with local leaders
● Build long term relations and drive engagement with local sourcing agents for a scalable and robust sourcing network
● Comply with SOPs of the organization to ensure transparency and accountability to workers and sourcing agents Key Responsibilities:
● Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels including cold-calling, networking, attending events, and door-to-door marketing activities.
● Promote the company's services to potential clients and provide relevant information about the benefits and features of the products or services.
● Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to create a strong pipeline of prospects.
● Enable transportation and deployment of workers to factories/industries from base locations/ hometowns
● Conduct research to identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
● Report on lead generation activities, sales performance, and market trends. Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
● Proven track record of success in lead generation, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
